Replay detector

The replay detector take in input the posterior likelihoods computed in output of the decoding pipeline and as well an event indication a spike activity.

It means that in parallel of the decoding / encoding pipeline, a spike activity detection pipeline needs to be run as a burst detector or a ripple detector pipeline.
